HOW DOES HAUS OF HIATUS WORK & WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

We start the process with initial project discussions to understand your needs and how the assets are going to be used so we can offer you a quote on the work.

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, once you have accepted the quote, we require a 50% up-front payment for us to begin the research of your market, demographics, competitors and customers.

We’ll then arrange another call or meeting and present our findings and the visual styles that are present.

From there, we’ll develop the concepts (in conjunction with you) to arrive at the right one. You’ll need to accept it for us then to develop the next versions for final acceptance. You’ll pay the next 40% once you’ve confirmed the final versions and we’ll build the assets to send via cloud-based software. You’ll pay the final 10% only when you’ve received all the versions and are completely happy with everything.

CAN I USE THE CONCEPT LOGOS?

Sadly not, we retain the copyright and usage of everything except for the final versions (which are transferred to you), unless you specify it in the brief.
